Historic Center

Expo Area
Expo District has become one of the most dynamic business and entertainment areas in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. Centered around Expo Guadalajara — one of Mexico’s largest convention centers — the district hosts international events, exhibitions, and business gatherings throughout the year.
Just a few minutes away, Andares offers a more contemporary side of the city, with international luxury brands, upscale dining, and entertainment spaces. Together, the area blends corporate activity during the day with a more sophisticated urban atmosphere at night.
If visiting in November during the Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara, Expo District becomes one of the most important cultural gathering points in the Spanish-speaking world. Hotel reservations are highly recommended several months in advance due to high international demand.

Zona Minerva
Minerva District represents one of Guadalajara’s most modern and cosmopolitan areas. Named after the iconic La Minerva fountain — one of the city’s most recognized landmarks — the neighborhood brings together contemporary urban life, hospitality, dining, and some of Guadalajara’s most active social spaces.
