Its sober architecture and wide, well-lit spaces make it an ideal place for the presentation of various cultural activities. Inside, the impressive mural "Mexico, Revolution and Hope" by the painter Guillermo Chávez Vega, who pays tribute to the ideologists of the Mexican Revolution, stands out.
