Gabriel Castaños Aqueduct

Located at the top of the city, the Gabriel Castaños Aqueduct is an outstanding historical work of approximately 300 meters in length, built in 1900 with the aim of channelling the flow of water from Los Colomos and supplying Guadalajara. As you walk its arches, it is possible to perceive the history that emanates from each stone, which highlights its relevance within the urban development of the city. At present, the aqueduct not only retains its historical value, but has also become an attractive part of the urban landscape, surrounded by modern parks and commercial areas.
