Inspired by the homonymous text by Elena Poniatowska and presented by the acclaimed company Raíz Artes Escénicas, this children’s theater production invites audiences to reflect on the structure of the world around us. The staging questions the adult-centered systems that often impose rigid and predetermined ways of thinking. In contrast, the play celebrates and reclaims the perspective of childhood — a realm where desires know no limits and imagination holds endless possibilities. Deeply moving and transformative, the experience transports children and adults alike into an atmosphere of freedom, reminding us of the importance of inhabiting a space where creativity and wonder once again become the true center of existence.
